This is a remarkable, powerful, and unsettling documentary exploring generations of abuse and trauma in one family. But I did. An autobiographical film years in the making, Rewind premiered at the 2019 Tribeca Film Festival where it received a special jury mention. I'm glad I was able to watch it.

Similarly, for the victims who did not go on to become abusers, Rewind ponders the extent to which they too should be held accountable for the heinous acts that took place behind the closed bedroom doors of the Neulinger household.
